I love Ashley Olsen's style-although I love Mary-kate's experimental outfits as well.
So before writing this, I went through many different photos of two sisters and although they look exactly the same, there style is totally different. I figured that our store is closer to Ashley's chic, mostly simple, all-time-trend black and white outfits. I think I have seen Ashley's style in many Korean websites, where they sell trendy and chic items inspired by her- shoes, bag, jacket and so on. I think Ashley's style is good fantasy-evoking look of New Yorkers. It's so stylish, classic and looks professional lot of times. I have collected some photos of her so check it out! Also our Ashley-inspired items!Tuesday, 6 April 2010

Trend Report- Clean Energy
So this is another style I am totally going for this season-since I enjoyed enough layering this past winter... It's time to go light, simple, and clean!
"How best to head into the new decade? With a clean slate. Led by a resurgent Phoebe Philo at Celine, designers have rediscovered that less is more all over again for Spring, but this isn't the mannish minimalism of the 1990's. Dresses at Calvin Klein Collection and Donna Karan billowed and frilled; there were feminine takes on tailoring at Yves Saint Laurent; and thanks to Michael Kors' cutouts and Hussein Chalayan's thigh-high slits, we also saw lots of skin." -Style.com-

Trend Report- Marching Orders
Style.com has several different trend report of this season, and my favorite one is Marching Orders.
"The military influence was ubiquitous on and off the Spring runways (the flak jacket may even have replaced the leather bomber as the official outerwear of your MOD, a.k.a. model off duty). In fact, there's a danger of fatigue setting in before this trend even hits stores. One counter-strategy: Look for the more dressed-up takes on uniform dressing, from the likes of Haider Ackermann, Aquilano.Rimondi, and Mr. Sequined Camo Leggings himself, Balmain's Christophe Decarnin." -style.com-
Our store has few different military inspired outwear and I will recommend to take a look at them if you like this concept like me. When I was looking through the military inspired collections of designers, I was very surprised how the concept has blended with elegant style. It has taste of preppy-ness but oh, my.. so chic.
